Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting;
- Assist in system maintenance and network administration;
- Support software installation, updates, and user requests;
- Participate in ongoing IT projects and documentation;
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Required Skills

- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and applications;
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment;
Experience:- A fresh graduate of 2025; apprenticeship experience is valuable.
