We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the Technical Implementation Support function and oversee the implementation, deployment, operation, and support of the company’s technology solutions. The role will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services while coordinating technical projects, infrastructure, support, vendors, and internal teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Technical Implementation Support team and ensure effective resource allocation and performance.
- Plan and coordinate the installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and deployment of IT solutions.
- Oversee the reliability and performance of networks, servers, systems, endpoints, connectivity, and security infrastructure.
- Manage IT support services, incident resolution, troubleshooting, escalation, and service improvement.
- Implement and maintain IT security, access controls, backup, recovery, patching, and business continuity measures.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, suppliers, and technical partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, technical risks, service performance, and implementation milestones, and provide regular reports to management.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, warranties, vendors, technical procurement, and departmental budgets.
- Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate technical team members.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, system records, configurations, and operational procedures.
Educational qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Additional Qualifications
- Proven experience in system installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover.
- Strong practical knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, endpoints, cybersecurity, backup and recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience leading or supervising an IT/technical team is highly desirable.
- Experience working with customers, vendors, field teams, and cross-functional departments is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Project Management are an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English is mandatory

Experience
