Job Position: RAN Integration Engineer

Job Summary:

On behalf of our client, who is a leading telecommunications company operating in the region, we are seeking an experienced Radio Access Network Integration Engineer (RAN Integration Engineer)  with basic experience in telecommunications, emphasizing RAN technologies, to join our team. The prospective candidates must have demonstrated experience in at least one telecom vendor environment, especially on RAN deployment and integration, plus RAN troubleshooting and support. The candidate requires basic competencies like IP technologies, Python coding, and an understanding of mobile telecom architecture and protocols as basic competencies to be selected for the role. The prospective candidates must have a good understanding of and good communication skills in English.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform integration and commissioning of RAN equipment (2G, 3G, 4G, and/or 5G)
• Execute site acceptance tests and ensure compliance with technical standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
• Support network optimization and performance improvement activities
• Coordinate with field teams, NOC, and vendors during deployment
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and/or 5G technologies
• Hands-on experience with major vendors (e.g., Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia)
• Familiarity with integration tools and OSS platforms
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RAN integration and telecom networks
