Job Position: RAN Networking Engineer

Job Summary:

On behalf of our client, who is a leading telecommunications company operating in the region, we are looking for a results-driven, experienced and technically strong Drive Test Coordinator & /Team Lead with proven expertise across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks, RAN Networking Engineer. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate drive test teams, own end-to-end field and post-processing activities, and translate collected data into actionable optimization insights. This role combines field leadership, analytical depth, and cross-functional coordination in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze RAN network performance and KPIs
• Perform network optimization for 2G, 3G, 4G, and/or 5G technologies
• Identify and troubleshoot network performance issues and service degradation
• Conduct parameter tuning and implement optimization strategies
• Support capacity planning and network expansion activities
• Work closely with integration, transmission, and core network teams
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure network quality meets agreed SLAs and customer expectations

Educational Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Required Skills 

• Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and/or 5G technologies
• Experience in KPI analysis and optimization tools
• Familiarity with OSS platforms and performance monitoring systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with major vendors (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia)
• Knowledge of scripting or data analysis tools is an advantage
• Experience in multi-vendor network environments

Experience 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in RAN optimization or networking;
