Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead our commercial growth and brand evolution. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for a strategic thinker who possesses the unique ability to blend data-driven marketing with aggressive sales execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing integrated strategies that not only elevate our brand presence in a competitive market but also directly impact the bottom line through robust lead generation and conversion. As a bridge between creative storytelling and hard-hitting sales targets, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver measurable success.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share;
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing teams;
  • Create and monitor key performance metrics to track progress towards business goals;
  • Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and new product development;
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) to target key customer segments;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product development, customer service, etc.) to ensure marketing and sales alignment;
  • Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources;
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary;
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities for the sales and marketing team;
  • Perform other duties related to this position.

Academic qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields; a master’s degree is advantageous.  

Additional qualifications 

  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess marketing performance and sales metrics.
  • A track record of successful marketing campaigns and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG sector is highly desirable.

Years of experience: A minimum of 6+ years’ proven experience in Sales and Marketing Management.
