Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to position the company competitively.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals;
  • Visit potential clients to estimate product needs or promote to increase visibility;
  • Responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales;
  • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers using solid influences;
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers;
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing potential customers to meet their needs;
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld;
  • Performs other tasks given by the immediate supervisor. 

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Management, or related fields;

Skills & Abilities

  • Highly motivated and target-driven;
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills;
  • Strong organization skills that contribute to successful campaigns;
  • Proven ability in Customer relationship management;
  • Ability to work individually and in a team;
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to visit customers;

Years of experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar field;
