Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The role is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective engagement and follow-up. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote products and services;
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication;
  • Conduct product presentations, provide demonstrations, and answer customer inquiries;
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies;
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to the supervisor;
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product features, pricing, and market trends;
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support customers' onboarding and after-sales service;
  • Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and field sales assignments as needed;
  • Uphold the organization’s brand standards and reflect professionalism in all client interactions;
  • Performs other tasks given by the immediate supervisor. 

Academic Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Marketing Management or related fields;

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision;
  • Energetic, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools;
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to visit customers.

Years of experience: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar field.
