Job Summary:

We are currently seeking Senior Business Development Executives on behalf of our client in the technology sector. As the company continues to expand, we are looking for highly motivated and results-driven professionals to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving business growth and building meaningful relationships with potential clients. The position holder will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and contributing to the development and growth of the company’s sales pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, market research, and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Manage and expand a strong pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent growth in high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders by understanding their needs and proposing tailored technology solutions.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition to senior decision-makers.
  • Oversee lead management processes and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to design and implement effective business development and market expansion strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of business development strategies, sales processes, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of strategic sales campaigns to strengthen market positioning and increase client acquisition.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s technology products and services to effectively position solutions in the market.
  • Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and build strategic relationships.

Requirements

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is a plus.
