Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Senior Human Resource and Operation Head who will be in charge to deliver an effective, efficient, and professional day-to-day HR service that covers the whole of the employee lifecycle.The position holder is expected to focus on fostering a positive work environment, optimizing employee performance, and supporting the company’s growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage staff planning, recruitment, induction, development, appraisal, and performance management, and contract termination in line with HR policies and procedures;
  • Coordinates all HR administration tasks, including onboarding, induction, staff benefits, and payroll;
  • Shortlist and screen applications as per the requirement set for the position, including conducting background and reference checks;
  • Ensure staff insurance, pension, and other requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner;
  • Conduct training needs assessment and request a budget for implementation; 
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure the provision of efficient and cost-effective operational services;
  • Ensure that staff policies and procedures/policies, are in place and adhered to proficiently;
  • Ensure the termination and clearance process of staff is handled in a proper manner;
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and participatory working culture as per the company’s values;
  • Prepare an assessment report of an exit interview for management utilization.
  • Build up effective support functions (HR, Finance, IT, Data Management, etc.) to enable the efficient delivery of services;
  • Coordinates activities such as special events, meetings, travel, training, and staff gathering/retreat;
  • Handles personnel grievances and undertakes the necessary investigations; 
  • Supervises and verifies the preparation of personnel (Payroll) action forms for appointments, promotions, recruitment, transfer, and related personnel measures
  • Perform other duties assigned and delegated by the General Manager

Academic qualification 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources Management, or related fields

Additional qualifications 

  • Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking, is essential 
  • Excellent inter and Intra-personal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making aptitude 
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented 
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment;

Years of experience: 

  • 6+ years of proven work experience in service sector is advantageous
