Job Position: Senior Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

SARIA Consultancy PLC is seeking an experienced and business-driven Senior Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth by promoting the company’s HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll management, and workforce solutions, identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term business relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
• Identify prospective clients, generate leads, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential markets and customer needs.
• Conduct client visits, business meetings, and presentations to promote the company's services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, company profiles, and marketing materials.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain updated client databases and prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements and Skill

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Management, or a related field.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management, networking, and lead-generation skills.
• Good knowledge of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; experience in HR services or B2B sales is an advantage.
