Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, proactive Supply Chain Officer to coordinate and manage activities, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. In this role, who will be work closely with internal departments, vendors, and logistics partners to streamline operations, minimize delays, and resolve supply chain challenges. Additionally, who will analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, ultimately ensuring that all supply chain processes are efficient, reliable, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services;
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstock situations;
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and information;
  • Oversee transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers or production sites;
  • Track shipments, handle customs clearance processes, and resolve logistical challenges;
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, procurement, and supplier performance;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards;
  • Generate periodic supply chain reports for management decision-making.

Academic qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement practices, and inventory management;
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Years of experience: 

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
